By using Ejoin.in and its subdomains (such as vahub.ejoin.in), you agree to these terms:
- Services are provided on a per-task or subscription basis as displayed on our website.
- Payments must be completed via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise before services are delivered.
- We reserve the right to decline tasks that are illegal, abusive, or outside our service scope.
- All bookings are processed on a best-effort basis; exact availability is subject to confirmation.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate details (travel dates, contact information, etc.).
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance.
Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
- Non-refundable: Completed tasks (such as bookings already confirmed with suppliers) are not refundable.
- Process: To request a refund, email billing@ejoin.in with your order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise) within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
